Handmade Silver Earrings

Handmade chainmail earrings made from various sized silver jump-rings. The jump-rings used to create these earrings are made by wrapping a length of wire around a mandrel to create a coil. The coil is then cut along its length with a jewellers saw to make the individual jump-rings. The resulting jump-rings are then woven one-by-one into these intricate designs. All of the silver used for these earrings is of high grade 925 solid sterling silver.

These earrings are each made from 65 individual jump-rings and hung on silver earring wires with a small bauble on the end. The Celtic Cross is an ancient symbol that represents the harmony of nature with mind, body, heart and soul. Made from sterling silver and 14ct rolled gold. These earrings are each made from 26 individual jump-rings and are hung on 4mm silver stud posts with silver butterfly backs. This design is called a Persian 6-in-1 that is sometimes refered to as a foxtail weave
