Delivery and Returns
Payment
All payments are processed by Paypal. I use Paypal because it is a simple way of making and receiving payments online, also it gives you, the buyer, the security of knowing that your payment is being processed in a secure manner.
If you dont currently have a Paypal account then just click checkout after adding your purchase to the shopping cart and paypal will process your details and take your payment without the need to sign-up.
If you already have a Paypal account then just sign in during checkout and Paypal will send me all the details of your order including your delivery address.
As soon as payment has been made Paypal will e-mail a payment receipt to you and send me an order statement. I will also send you an e-mail confirmation as soon as I receive the order.
Delivery
Your item of jewellery will be presented in a gift box and posted in a padded envelope. Please allow 3/5 days after your order has been made for delivery. I will send an e-mail as soon as your item is dispatched to let you know that it is on its way.
All items will be sent by Royal Mail first class delivery.
Delivery to the UK is free of charge. This includes Mainland UK, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly & Channel Islands.
At the moment I am only delivering free to the UK. If you require an item shipping outside of the UK then please contact me for a delivery estimate.
Returns
I endevour to create jewellery that is of a first class standard, however If you are not delighted with your piece of Jewellery then please contact me within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you require an alteration to the length of a bracelet then please contact me after receipt for a free alteration. Once I have received the bracelet I will make the alterations and return it to you, please allow 3/5 days for the alteration to be made. I will send you an e-mail as soon as it is dispatched.
